The Line Drive is the trade name of Luwigi, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Luwigi, LLC operates thelinedrive.com and the free Houston Baseball Registry. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run our services and we do not sell your personal information.

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages related to the Houston Baseball Registry and The Line Drive facility updates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your mobile phone number or your SMS consent to anyone, for any purpose. Your mobile number is used solely to deliver the messages you asked for. The only party that receives it is our SMS delivery provider, which transmits the messages on our behalf and is contractually prohibited from using your information for its own marketing or from sharing it further. Mobile information is never shared with other registry members, coaches, teams, or advertisers.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information. Within the Houston Baseball Registry, your information is shared only with other registered members, and only as necessary to perform registry functions you initiate or opt into — for example, notifying you of matching tryouts or sharing your stated interest with a coach you select. We may share information with service providers who help us operate (for example, email or hosting), bound by confidentiality obligations, and when required by law.
Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging consent are excluded from all of the sharing described above. They are never shared with other registry members, coaches, teams, affiliates, or any third party for marketing or promotional purposes — they are used only to deliver the text messages you opted into, through our SMS delivery provider acting on our behalf, or where required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time, and you may withdraw from the registry or unsubscribe from messages at will. Email us at coachc@thelinedrive.com.
Player listings are created and managed by a parent or legal guardian, who provides consent for the information listed. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
