These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of thelinedrive.com and the free Houston Baseball Registry (the “Services”) operated by Luwigi, LLC, doing business as The Line Drive. By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

The Houston Baseball Registry is a free community service to connect Greater Houston Area baseball families, coaches, and teams. You agree to provide accurate information, to use the Services lawfully, and not to misuse listings or other members’ information. You may register a player only if you are that player’s parent or legal guardian.
If you opt in to text messages, you consent to receive SMS messages from The Line Drive about the Houston Baseball Registry and facility updates. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. You are responsible for the information you submit and for keeping your listing accurate. We may remove content or listings that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are inaccurate, harmful, or unlawful.
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Line Drive / Luwigi, LLC does not endorse or guarantee any coach, team, tryout, or member, and is not responsible for interactions between members. Verify credentials and exercise your own judgment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luwigi, LLC (doing business as The Line Drive) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
